Villa Dubrovnik

Villa Dubrovnik is Croatian through and through: built from grey stone, styled by a local designer, and boasting Adriatic views that a seagull would migrate for. Days here are idled away at the serene spa and ambitious Mediterranean restaurant.

Villa Dubrovnik is set on the cliffs above St. Jacob, a short drive from Dubrovnik Old Town.

Each of these modern in style rooms has a king-size bed dressed in luxurious cotton sheets, dark-wood flooring and a private teak-decked balcony overlooking the Adriatic, Lokrum Island and – from some rooms – the Old City. The minibars are stocked with local beers, spirits and snacks. The glass-walled ensuite bathroom has optional full shading for privacy. Though there is no sea view, this 56sq m inward-facing room makes up for it with its privacy and secluded terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi. Decorated in the hotel’s characteristic dark-teak wood with blue carpets and sofas – a nod to nautical decor – the room also has a spacious glass-walled ensuite bathroom with a bath tub with overhead shower. Located in the most secluded part of the hotel, the 80sq m Loft Suite has a raised-platform Jacuzzi in the living area, a king-size bed and an ensuite glass-walled bathroom with a bath tub with an overhead shower. And a teak-wood terrace offers a panoramic view of the Adriatic, Old City and Lokrum Island, plus the pine park and secluded cove below. Located on the highest floor of the villa, these 80sq m Suites look out to the Old City of Dubrovnik, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic, from both the living room and bedroom. The teak-wood terraces carved below the cliff offer the perfect spot for breakfast, with two sunloungers for catching the rays. Inside each suite, a private Jacuzzi and separate living area are decked out with dark wood and earthy-green decor. Decorated in contemporary Mediterranean style, and 74sq m in size, the Deluxe Suites have a large teak-decked terrace with views of Dubrovnik's Old City and Lokrum Island. There's a king-size bed, a large sitting area with a fully-stocked minibar, and a glass-walled bathroom with twin sinks (and full shading, if needed). Villa Kolin Residence

Each of the 132sq m Villa Kolin Residences is set over three floors, with private access through a pine forest and up a stone staircase, separated from the main hotel. There’s private parking too. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a living area measuring approximately 132sq m, the emphasis here is definitely on space. The bedrooms overlook the back of the main building, but the warm and welcoming interiors will hold your focus and the living room has a sea view. Each residence has its own private Jaccuzi terrace and separate garden area, and the bathrooms have a bath tub, walk-in shower and underfloor heating. In the room guests can expect to find a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, WiFi and espresso machine. Stair gates can be added if families wish to stay in either of the Villa Kolin Residences.
