Coach House Cosy

The three 25sq m Coach House Cosy Double rooms on the first floor overlook the Coach House’s main courtyard and its ornamental gardens, with views of the farm and fields beyond. Two of the rooms have big round windows over the wooded driveway. Each has a king-size bed and a metro-tiled ensuite with Noble Isle bath products: two rooms have roll-top bath tubs with showers in the bathroom, one has a freestanding bath tub in the bedroom for champagne-aided TV-watching while you soak. The Coach House’s seven 35sqm Comfy Double rooms are located on the ground and first floors, furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the estate grounds. Inside, there’s a king-size bed and a desk area, and access to a spacious metro-tiled bathroom with Noble Isle bath products and a freestanding roll-top tub with a shower (one Garden Room, designed for mobility-impaired guests, has a walk-in shower). These elegant Potting Shed comfy rooms are cosy retreats with views across the rolling Yorkshire hills. These cosy Doghouse rooms are located on the ground floor, with airy floor-to-ceiling doors that lead out onto a quaint Yorkshire patio overlooking the orchard where wildflowers colour the meadow. The rooms are located across the ground floor and first floor, with views out onto the courtyard, across the estate grounds and surrounding woodlands. These rooms can be used as family bedrooms, with the use of fold down bedrooms for a small additional charge.

Tack Room

The Coach House’s largest bedroom is a 50sq m ground-floor hideaway with views over the courtyard, croquet lawn and paddock. There’s a king-size bed, a sofa and a wood-burning stove for added cosiness. The ensuite bathroom almost as big as the bedroom, with an endearingly mismatched blue and white-tiled wall, its own fireplace and a collection of antique shaving mirrors. Two sinks are mounted on a chunky oak shelf spanning the length of the room and lined with Noble Isle products, opposite a huge walk-in shower and a freestanding bath with views over the paddock. The Tack Room has a flatscreen TVs, DVD players, iPod dock, free WiFi and tea and coffee facilities.

Head Gardener's Cottage

The largest of the Potting Shed rooms, the Head Gardener's Cottage is an elegant space ideal for couples. There's direct access to the Kitchen Gardens, a fine spot for morning coffee amongst Yorkshire's vibrant greens, and a delightful wooden stove to cosy up in front of during the colder months. In the bedroom, you'll find a super king-size bed, panelled timber walls, original wooden beams and tasteful fabrics while in the bathroom there's a large freestanding bath tub. The cottage also provides tea- and coffee-making facilities, an in-room safe, minibar, radio, telephone, satellite TV and free Wifi.

Dairy Family Room

The family bedrooms are located across the ground floor and first floor, with views our onto the courtyard, across the estate grounds and surrounding woodlands. The family rooms include; a super King bed, bunk beds for children, free standing bathtubs, separate showers and Nespresso machine. One of the family rooms also has a spacious living area. One of these Family rooms has the children’s bedroom separate to the main room. with two bunk beds, accommodating four children or additional adults. These spacious rooms can also accommodate additional beds, with the use of fold down bedrooms for a small additional charge, if required.

Dairy Hot Tub

Natural light fills these Dairy rooms with their large floor-to-ceiling French doors that open into a lush private garden complete with a seating area and a huge tin hot tub filled with fresh spring water from the estate. These individual rooms have been designed using natural materials and one-off antiques. While one benefits from beautiful exposed brick in the bedroom, another features elegant timber panelling. All rooms have a super king-size bed, a freestanding bath tub and a separate walk-in shower. Dairy Cottage

The largest of Middleton's suites, Dairy Cottage is a romantic and restful retreat from reality. Located at the heart of the old Dairy buildings, these cottages boast tall ceilings and a private garden complete with a hot tub. Set over two floors, the Cottage is comprised of a cosy lounge area with a fireplace, a bathroom with a 6ft round tin bath tub and a super-king size bed in the bedroom.
