Exclusive Use

In the hills of Versilia, the whole guesthouse can be rented as an exclusive retreat. The house's four double bedrooms and two suites have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, original period furniture and views to the surrounding hills and the sea. Sleeping 18 people (or up to 24 with extra beds at €100 a night), some rooms have four-poster beds, private gardens and terraces, and wrought-iron fireplaces. Outdoors, there are leafy gardens, stone patios and a slim rectangular pool, and guests have access to the Il Cavallone private beach club 10 minutes away.
