Ca Maria Adele

With its Murano chandeliers, flock wallpaper and heavy damask fabrics, the Ca Maria Adele is absolutely Venetian, but its African wood, polished concrete and laid-back, bohemian atmosphere mean it is also undeniably modern. Located right opposite the Salute, it is in the heart of Venice's most tranquil area, the art quarter, and the only other tourists you are likely to come across are lost ones.

These rooms (15sq m–25sq m) are decorated in neutral tones, with damask wall-coverings and wooden furniture. They have king-size beds, shared balconies and some overlook the canal. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with bespoke bath products, and either a walk-in shower, or a bath tub with an overhead shower. All rooms have a TV, DVD player, free WiFi, air-conditioning and a minibar.

Palazzetto113

A short walk from the main hotel, this lavish space has two rooms: 114 and 115, both of which are 17sq m. Decorated in regal gold and deep purple, the two bedrooms each have a king-size bed and a fireplace. Both rooms have an ensuite bathroom, lined in local stone and marble, with a walk-in shower and bespoke bath products. There is a lounge on the ground floor of the apartment, the bedrooms are on the first floor and the shared terrace and small kitchen are on the top floor. Book both rooms to make this into a private residence (see Apartment Palazzetto113). All rooms have a TV, DVD player, free WiFi, air-conditioning and a minibar.

Concept Room

These five rooms (20sq m–25sq m) are inspired by the history of Venice. There’s the Doge’s room, the Moorish room, Sala Noire, the Oriental room and the Fireplace room. All are decorated with embroidered fabrics and rich, dark colours. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, lined in local stone and marble, with a Jacuzzi bath tub, a walk-in shower and bespoke bath products. All rooms have a TV, DVD player, free WiFi, air-conditioning and a minibar.

Apartment Palazzetto 113

A two-bedroom private apartment (120 sq m) with a living room on the ground floor and a kitchen and a private covered terrace on the upper floor. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is four adults (starting from age 16) and the extra bed for the third and fourth person costs EUR 143.

Mini Palace

The Mini Palace is a standalone apartment just 50 metres from the main hotel. A secluded option that's tucked away from the bustle of the streets, this apartment has its own landing jetty, canal views and a roof terrace looking towards the famous Salute church. The ground floor living room is furnished with an eclectic mix of Italian styles; a white velvet sofa and see-through acrylic chair sit opposite a black marble fireplace, showcasing styles both new and old. The bedroom is on the first floor, and has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also in the apartment: free WiFi, a 42” inch flatscreen TV, sound system, minibar with free soft drinks, a safe and air-conditioning.

The two suites are between 25sq m and 60sq m; both are furnished with dark wood, striped wall-coverings and exposed beams. Both have king-size beds. One of the suites has a separate living room; the other has a living area in the bedroom and a view of the canal.
