One room has a hand-painted four-poster bed, antique Chinese vases and yellow-silk tub chairs, and the other has a raised king-size bed with a Venetian headboard, a leather entertainment and minibar cabinet, and a small private balcony with a table-for-two. Both rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a free-standing bath tub; one also has a walk-in shower.

Two of these rooms are set upstairs, and have private wraparound balconies with partial sea views; the third room is set on the ground floor and has a private patio with a plunge pool, alfresco dining area, a day-bed and partial sea views. Luxury rooms have either a king-size or two three-quarter beds; indoor lounge seating may include a gold French chair or a silk-covered loveseat in one room. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding Victorian bath tub (one with a separate walk-in shower too) or a rainfall shower over a sunken marble bath tub.

Each of these rooms has a private sea-view balcony, a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding Victorian bath tub in the centre, twin sinks and a walk-in shower. One is set at the front of the house, and the other is on the ground floor. Both rooms have a TV cabinet with a TV, DVD player and a minibar, and there’s a leather desk with a hand-carved chair in the ground floor room.

Set upstairs at the front of the house, both of these rooms have sweeping sea views. One room has a king-size Louis Farouk bed, an antique French couch upholstered in yellow silk, an 18th-century gold chair, a separate dressing area, and three small balconies with chairs and a table. The other room has a double bed, a pair of antique silk tub chairs and two small furnished balconies. Each room has a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a minibar, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath tub.
