On the Zambian side of the mighty Victoria Falls, the town itself has a great international airport hub. Our chosen lodges are located upstream, away from the tourists and surrounded by natural beauty. Aside from visiting the Falls, a sunset cruise is highly recommended. We suggest at least 3 nights here to start or end your safari in Botswana or Zambia.

Home of the walking safari and Zambia's top safari destination. We recommend a few nights here to get really stuck into the slower pace of safari that has made this region famous. Big game is in abundance and we advice to avoid November due to searing heat and December-March due to rain. Access is by light aircraft and then a short game drive.

One of Africa's top national parks with the great Zambezi River providing the focal point. A wide variety of game can be spotted by game drive, canoe, boat cruise, or on a walking safari. July-October is the best time to visit and access is by light aircraft or road from Lusaka.

A wonderful, alternative beach option in Southern Africa and one of the most unspoilt freshwater lakes on the planet. The lodges here all have amazing watersports available and a very laid-back approach to beach life. Access is best by light aircraft flight and it connects very well with Zambia's safari circuit. The more adventurous can drive from Malawi's capital Lilongwe.
