Our perfect route

Everything we offer is fully bespoke; the itinerary below is an example of what our experts can create with you.

Windhoek

The Namibian capital is the starting and ending point of all Namibia trips but more than just an overnight spot with some great hotels, bars and restaurants. The airport connects very well internationally.

Sossusvlei

Almost certain to be the first stop on your self-drive trip of Namibia, you will not be left disappointed. The famous 'Deadvlei' and Dune 45 are the big highlights and hot air balloon safaris are possible in season.

Swakopmund

Nestled between the harsh Atlantic Coast and a vast dune system, this is the activity hub for the country. Hotels vary from small guesthouses to the quirky Pelican House and the region can be accessed by road from Sossusvlei or air from Windhoeck.

Damaraland

In Namibia’s heart, this region boasts jaw-dropping landscapes that have inspired tales from San Bushmen to diamond miners. Explore desert-adapted wildlife, hiking, and camping adventures. Access is best by road, with optional flights available.

Etosha

Namibia’s premier game viewing spot, offering a true 'Big 5' experience. Visit during the dry season (June-September) for iconic waterhole gatherings, though wildlife is visible year-round. Plan for at least two nights, with access by road or light aircraft.

Central Highlands, Namibia

Located between Windhoek and Etosha, this stunning region features rolling hills, valleys, and family-owned farms. Stay in luxury lodges or guesthouses and experience that warm Namibian hospitality. It's an ideal base or stopover for your safari adventures.

Two weeks in Namibia starts at £6,000 per person (excl. international flights).

Apr - May

The rains begin to recede and parts of the country will be lovely and lush and green. Shoulder season rates still apply and it's a beautiful time to visit.

Jun - Aug

Temperatures are mild and the country is dry, an excellent time for game viewing.

Sept - Oct

Temperatures rise and it can be very hot and dusty, but the end of a long dry season signals an excellent time for game viewing.

Nov - Mar

November marks the start of the rainy season in Namibia, though with so much desert certain areas are often still very dry. The country will be less busy and low season rates can be benefitted from.
