Few places have South Africa's sense of possibility. Dawn breaks over open plains and the day moves fast – trackers heading out, vineyards warming, the Atlantic pulling its weight. Mornings for the bush, afternoons for vines, evenings for the sea. Cape Town holds the centre with a charged, edge-of-the-continent energy.

Our perfect route
Everything we offer is fully bespoke; the itinerary below is an example of what our experts can create with you.
Cape Town
Atlantic-facing neighbourhoods feel brisk and coastal; the city bowl runs warmer and slower. That contrast defines Cape Town. Time stretches between meals, views and changing light, with the city revealing itself through moments rather than monuments.
Winelands
Not a single region but a patchwork of valleys with distinct characters. Franschhoek’s draw is food and setting; Stellenbosch is more classical in feel. The best visits stay focused – one area, one or two estates, one good lunch – rather than racing between tastings.
Greater Kruger
What makes this safari exceptional is how consistently it delivers. Vast traversing areas, confident guiding and wildlife that feels ever-present rather than elusive. When lodge and location are right, days build effortlessly – varied, absorbing and often spectacular.
Mozambique Coast
Fishing boats still set the tempo here. Portuguese influence runs through the food, buildings and daily life, and lodges are spaced far apart, often reached by boat or light aircraft. The result is long, open beaches and days that stay simple and sun-soaked.
Two weeks in South Africa starts at £5,000 per person (excl. international flights).

Special offers
We always look for promotions and added value. Thanks to close hotel relationships, you’ll be first in line for upgrades, bonuses and seasonal perks.
At your pace
Lock in what matters early, tweak the rest later. We’ll guide the timeline, but keep things flexible – no pressure to have it all figured out.
When to go
Sep - Nov
Perfect time to take this trip. Cape Town is coming into spring, the safari is great and Mozambique's weather calms.
Dec - Feb
It's great weather in Cape Town but rainy season in Mozambique. We recommend switching in Mauritius or Zanzibar for the beach.
Mar - May
Shoulder season and a great time to visit for good rates.
Jun - Aug
Cape Town is colder and can be wild, but the safari and beach portions are perfect.
