Zori Timeless Hotel

Stop the clock: you’ve arrived at car-free, care-free Zori Timeless, where you’re about to shrug off the day-to-day and settle into this pleasingly private pocket of Dalmatia. The hotel is a compact, luxury hideaway in Palmižana, a small resort on the island of Sveti Klement. Guests stay in just four minimalist, burnt-orange dwellings finished in local stone and marble. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls lead out to private terraces, with a pool, a Jacuzzi, or – in some cases – both. The Zori Timeless fine-dining restaurant is right next door, proffering its flavoursome Mediterranean dishes and a private sea-view terrace for residents.
