Vietnam holds opposites in easy balance: limestone peaks and glassy bays, backstreet kitchens and skyline bars, temples and tailors, jungles and jade seas. From Ha Long Bay’s stillness to Hoi An’s lantern-lit calm and Ho Chi Minh ’s restless energy, the country changes gear but never its character.

Our perfect route
Everything we offer is fully bespoke; the itinerary below is an example of what our experts can create with you.
Hanoi
A vivid first stop that captures Vietnam in miniature. Narrow lanes fill with scooters, smoky street kitchens and tucked-away cafés, while temples and French façades sit comfortably side by side. It’s layered, energetic and absorbing, with daily life unfolding at street level.
Ninh Binh
Limestone peaks rise sharply from rice paddies and slow rivers, creating a landscape that feels dramatic but grounded. Boat rides skim past cave mouths and karst cliffs, while cycling routes link villages and fields. It’s rural, spacious and visually striking without feeling staged.
Hoi An
Compact and creative, with a strong sense of place. Days move between cycling, tailoring and time along the river, with workshops, cafés and old houses; evenings bring lantern light and food stalls. It’s intimate rather than sleepy, with a social energy that builds after dark.
Quy Nhon
Low-key and deliberately understated. Beaches stay quiet, the water is calm, and architecture leans modern and minimal, often opening straight onto the sea. Arriving by train sets the tone, and once there, days revolve around swimming, long lunches and unhurried time outdoors.
Ho Chi Minh
Fast, noisy and constantly in motion. Street food is served beneath glass towers, markets spill onto pavements, and old temples sit inches from traffic. It’s dense and high-energy, shaped by commerce, ambition and a pace that rarely drops, day or night.
Two weeks in Vietnam starts at £4,000 per person (excl. international flights).
