Scattered across the South Pacific, Fiji’s 300 islands each carry their own rhythm. Days move gently: mornings in the water, afternoons in the shade, nights marked by quiet rituals and the crackle of firelight. Beneath the calm surface lies texture – volcanic earth, tangled jungle, salt air that clings to skin.

Our perfect route
Everything we offer is fully bespoke; the itinerary below is an example of what our experts can create with you.
Auckland
Water shapes everything here. Two harbours, volcanic cones and neighbourhoods that spread rather than stack. The city feels open and outdoorsy, with strong coffee culture, coastal walks and an ease that comes from being close to the sea at all times.
Rotorua
Heat and history sit close together here. Steam lifts from the earth, lakes frame the town, and Māori culture gives depth to the landscape in a way that feels lived-in rather than surface-level. Geysers and mud pools sit alongside carving traditions that are rooted, active and still practised today. Rotorua feels elemental and cultural in equal measure, shaped as much by people as by the land.
Bay of Islands
Warm water and a strong sense of history. Beaches stay low-key, days unfold at an unhurried pace, and the landscape suits lingering rather than covering ground. Russell adds character – a small historic harbour town with weathered buildings and waterfront walks.
Kaikōura
Wildlife feels close here. Whales move through deep water just offshore, seals cluster on the rocks and coastal paths trace the edge of it all. It’s compact and dramatic, with big nature experienced up close rather than from a distance, often unfolding as you walk.
Lake Tekapo
Open space and clean light define the setting. Mountains sit back from the water, sheep stations dot the surrounding plains, and the landscape stays deliberately spare. By day it feels quiet and expansive; by night, the sky takes over, turning stillness into the main event.
Queenstown
Drama is built into the geography. Mountains rise straight from the lake, and days move easily between long walks, vineyard lunches and faster-paced excursions. There’s energy here, but it’s held in check by the setting – scenery always coming first, everything else secondary.
Denarau Island
This is Fiji at its most polished. Resorts line the marina, boats come and go, and days revolve around pools, dining and the water. It’s social and well organised, with a steady buzz and an easy flow – a comfortable base for easing into the islands or staying put in good company.
Mamanuca Islands
Low islands scattered across clear, shallow seas. Reefs sit close, beaches stay untouched and boats drift between anchorages. Days fall into swimming and snorkelling, with warm water, long light and little competing for attention. It’s classic Fiji – relaxed, elemental and immersive.
Two weeks in Fiji starts at £4,500 per person (excl. international flights).
