During the day, prise yourself away from the lodge's palm-surrounded pool and head for one of the many activities that can be enjoyed on site, from snorkelling to kite surfing. As night falls head to the beachside bar or hotel restaurant, and taste the delicious local flavours cooked by BBQ.
