This boutique offering is the new kid on the block when it comes to 5* hotels in Venice. With only 18 rooms, it is a much more intimate experience than some of the grander, larger properties. The hotel is perfectly located on the Grand Canal, and the building dates back to the 16th century. A two Michelin star chef, Enrico Bartolini, delivers exceptional local cuisine and the restaurant and bar are very popular.
