The property is within easy reach of the major sites and has lovely views over the Tuscan hills. A recently restored 17th-century palace, the ancient structure remains, with modern decor in the rooms and communal areas. It is definitely not the height of luxury but in Tuscany, sometimes the bells and whistles can feel out of place. A solid option.
