On it's own island surrounded by the sea you will find this magnificent hotel, so rich in history that you will find snippets around every corner. The building in which the hotel is located was a convent built at the end of the 16th century. Within the hotel grounds you will find the vegetable garden, with its wonderful colours all grown organically and used in the hotel restaurant. Inside this you will find lots of purposeful empty spaces and solid colours, walls filled with art pieces.
